Arnprior is simply one of the best places to live in Eastern Ontario. It is a town in Renfrew County that enjoys a beautiful location where the Madawaska and Ottawa Rivers meet. Arnprior has been known for lumber, hydropower generation, aerospace, and farming for many years.  Arnprior has experienced significant growth since Highway 417 was increased to four lanes.

Cobden is a beautiful and very friendly community. It is part of the Township of Whitewater Region of Renfrew County. Located halfway between Renfrew and Pembroke on Highway 17 and is only one hour from Ottawa. Whitewater Region is a township on the Ottawa River located within the scenic Ottawa Valley.

Carleton Place is a beautiful country town with all the big city amenities and services. It has a strong business community and is a wonderful place to raise a family, start a business, or retire to. Walk downtown and enjoy charming local shops and restaurants. On the outskirts of Carleton Place, you’ll find all the major big box stores: everything you need within a few kilometres.

The village of Carp is located in the most western ward of the City of Ottawa, approximately 10 minutes West of Kanata. Carp is the perfect location if you are looking for a small town feel and rural living, but don’t want to be far from the city.

Kanata is home to a healthy balance of rural and urban properties, featuring an array of amenities that have turned this slice of Ottawa into one of the most desirable communities in the city. Located to the west of the National Capital Commission Greenbelt, with a population of just over 100,000, Kanata is a sought out place to call home, attracting people of all ages, ethnicities, and stages of life.

What a wonderful community to raise a family and a great place to call home. This Town is extremely community minded and they truly look after each other. The town boasts an abundance of nature trails, waterfront parks, fabulous sports facilities, restaurants, shopping, excellent schools, a local hospital, churches, golf courses, Long-Term Care and retirement residences, hardware stores, a number of grocery stores and pharmacies, doctors’ offices and clinics, with ample room for many new business owners to set up shop and the big box stores usually found in major cities are also located in the town.

This Beautiful Quaint Village is nestled on the banks of the Rideau River and offers so much to its residents. The Village core boosts trendy stores, restaurants and coffee shops attracting people from across Ottawa that come to enjoy the vibe. At it’s beautiful centre, is of course, our Famous Watson’s Mill on the banks of the Rideau River offering breathtaking views of our famous WaterFalls with many visitors relaxing in the surrounding parks who come to drink in the tranquil setting.

Nepean is a unique community within Ottawa. It was established in 1792 and remained its own entity until it was incorporated as a city on November 24, 1978. It was an independent city until amalgamation with the Regional Municipality of Ottawa–Carleton. Then, in 2001, it became part of Ottawa. However, the name “Nepean” continues in common usage about the area. Many people still say they live in the city of Nepean.

Renfrew is an exceptional town on the Bonnechere River in Renfrew County. The Town is just one hour West of Ottawa. The Ottawa Valley’s heart is surrounded by beautiful farms, forests, lakes, rivers, and great cottages. It is the economic and service support centre for a large area. Renfrew offers the best of both worlds. It has a wide range of attractions, stores, and services from the heritage downtown with specialty stores all the way to big box stores just a short drive away.

Richmond was a former municipality and now is part of Ottawa. Living in Richmond is truly the best of city and country living. It is part of the City of Ottawa with all of the big city facilities. At the same time, it retains a welcoming country atmosphere. In Richmond, if you do not know your neighbour, you will very quickly. It has grown from a charming village to a bustling multi-faceted community without losing the small-town charm.

Riverside South is one of the most welcoming and exciting neighbourhoods anywhere in the Ottawa region. The many young families in the area give it a special positive attitude. The residents celebrate the rich culture and diversity of the community. Riverside South is unique in the Ottawa area.

Rockcliffe Park is the most beautiful and historic neighbourhood of Ottawa. Rockcliffe Park is also known as the Village to the residents. The Village is northeast of downtown Ottawa. It combines exceptional natural beauty, world-class heritage homes, and excellent public and private schools. All this is only a few minutes from shopping along Beechwood Avenue, the ByWard Market and Parliament Hill. The Ottawa River and the Sir George-Étienne Cartier Parkway help to define the Park.

Stittsville is one of the most welcoming and exciting communities in the Ottawa Region. It has rapidly expanded from a quaint village to a bustling multi-faceted community without losing the small-town charm. In Stittsville, chances are that you know your neighbours and the entire block. Several Social Media groups help to welcome the new members of the community.

Westboro is a culture-filled, fun, and lively community located just west of Ottawa's downtown core, with a population of around 23,000. Scenic views of the Ottawa River and Gatineau Hills, trendy shops, restaurants, and lots of outdoor space make it is easy to see why this picturesque neighbourhood is such a highly sought after place to call home.

The beautiful Village of Winchester is part of the Township of North Dundas. Located in the heart of Eastern Ontario, North Dundas has a diversified rural economy and prides itself on having some of Eastern Ontario’s richest agricultural land. North Dundas Township spans from the South Nation and the East Castor River watersheds.
